Carolinas/WVA Federation MeetingsFederation meetings (include all locals) this year have been in Charlotte and Pipestem, WV. We are discussing a joint meeting with Raleigh for next year. The fall meetings are planning sessions. All meetings are open to all members, except BAE salary and personnel negotiations.
