Each committee shall exercise those powers delegated to them by the Board. Each shall conform to regulations, restrictions or charges imposed by the President or Board. Issues decided by a majority vote of members present with deciding vote by Chairperson in the event of a tie. Chairperson(s) and Members are appointed by the President with the approval of the Board. Committee chairpersons and members are not Board members and do not vote as such.
