The Market Conditions Committee shall prepare reports, briefs, and studies as set forth in Article II, Section 1, paragraph (e), encourage the collection of data for the Experience Exchange Report, Salary Surveys, and the Occupancy Survey, and shall develop new sources of information for appropriate reports and action
