Completing the survey form helps to support one of the real estate industry’s leading tools for monitoring and analyzing building performance and helps BOMA in putting together a more representative EER report, which in turn helps you greatly in your budgeting and business plans.  

We encourage participation each year, as the greater the number of participants and the more buildings included in the project, the more reliable the information. Participants also receive a complimentary Expense Comparison Report (EPC), which compares their building(s) to similar buildings in their local market.

The participants are also entitled to discounted prices.
